About Janet Hsieh-Li, DNP, PMHNP-BC

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing adult psychiatric care through a supportive, practical, and culturally sensitive lens. My approach is clear, down-to-earth, and rooted in evidence-based practices.

I work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, and complex life stressors — especially those balancing demanding careers, caregiving responsibilities, and personal stress. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your care.

  • Adult ADHD assessment & treatment

  • Anxiety, panic, and generalized worry

  • Depression and mood disorders

  • Work stress, burnout, and perfectionism

  • Supportive psychotherapy

  • Medication management with shared decision-making

Care that is thoughtful, grounded, and tailored to your real life.

Our Services

Psychiatric Evaluation

A comprehensive 60–90 minute assessment to understand your history, symptoms, and goals.

Medication Management

Follow-up visits to monitor progress, adjust medication, and provide ongoing support.

Supportive Psychotherapy

Brief, goal-focused therapeutic support integrated into your follow-up appointments.

Our Approach

1. A clear and supportive first visit

We take time to understand your history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals without pressure.

2. Collaborative decision-making

All treatment choices — including medications — are explained in plain language, with risks, benefits, and alternatives.

3. Practical tools included

I incorporate brief coping skills (CBT/DBT-informed), boundary work, and stress-management strategies.

4. Structured follow-ups

Telehealth visits with consistent check-ins on symptoms, functioning, and safety.
